TAALUA offers language training in German and Dutch (NT2)
at any CEFR level and for any purpose.
Taalua strives to make people connect and feel at home in the Netherlands by training the Dutch language (NT2).
With 25 years of experience as a teacher, I can adapt flexibly to your needs. Which learning styles suit you best, and can we find a way to make learning an enjoyable experience for you? My mission is to help you feel relaxed and confident when using another language.
We take a positive approach and build on what you already know of the Dutch language. My courses focus on your needs to feel comfortable while communicating with others in Dutch. Skills such as reading and listening simply develop more quickly than writing and speaking. When practising speaking, we focus on repeating key sentences. This will help you feel more confident in no time. In addition you’ll learn to use ‘tools’ to solve any language challenges yourself in the future, whether at work or in your personal life. I trained a lot of people with different backgrounds, from different countries and in different lines of work. From directors at a medical insitutes to engineers at ASML.
Before start of the course, we’ll identify your needs and draw up a language plan to help you achieve your goal step by step. Depending on your timeschedule we can plan an intensive course or one class per week.

Ik heb vanuit mijn werkgever bij Antoinette een cursus Duits mogen volgen.
Antoinette kijkt echt naar de persoon die ze les geeft en luistert goed naar de wensen van de cursist. Ik wilde voornamelijk echt zakelijks duits leren om te kunnen gebruiken aan de telefoon. Ze houdt niet alleen het lesboek aan maar zoekt ook online en in andere literatuur om goede lesstof te kunnen aanbieden.
Ik raad Antoinette echt aan als je goed Duits wilt leren.

Antoinette is brilliant at putting you at ease. She knows a lot about how your brain works and incorporates this into her lesson plan. I particularly appreciated how she really tunes into what’s on your mind at that moment. For instance, I’d just had a difficult meeting where I’d completely shut down. We then looked, step by step, at how I could handle it next time. So she’s able to respond flexibly to your needs.
